Electrostatic powder spraying is an advanced coating process in which the powder is atomized evenly and finely by compressed air and then uniformly adhered to the metal workpiece surface under the action of a high-voltage electric field, and finally cured to a film at high temperature.

The maximum operating temperature is 230℃, with a continuous operating temperature of 200℃.
The sintering temperature for FEP coatings is 360℃.
FEP highly durable coating with excellent chemical resistance, non-stick properties, and high dielectric strength.
It generally requires a primer and cannot be used alone. The primer is liquid, while the topcoat is powder. Liquid coatings require an air spray gun, while powder coatings require an electrostatic powder spray gun.
The overall utilization rate of FEP powder coating can reach 90%-98%.
Do not emit volatile organic compounds(VOC) into the atmosphere, eliminating air pollution problem.
Required thickness can be achieved in a single operation, reducing labor intensity and making it suitable for automated production lines.
