PFA rotational lining is a process that adding measured PFA powder into a mold and rotating it along two perpendicular axes. Under the influence of gravity and heat, PFA powder is melting and adhere to the inner wall evenly, forming an integrated lining after cooling.
Currently, the two types of fluoropolymer coatings suitable for rotational lining are PFA and ETFE.
Substrate preparation - Grinding sharp angles - High temperature degrease and stress relief - roughening(grit) - Grit surface cleaning - Substrate preheating and dehumidify - rotational lining- sintering- cooling-finish machining-Packaging
Note: Ensure the smooth release of gas during processing, prevent oxidation of the substrate during pretreatment; ensure uniform heating and heat preservation, and manage the non-stick properties and thickness of the fixing bracket.
