FEP dispersion is produced by polymerizing TFE and HFP in an aqueous medium with initiators, emulsifiers and other additives under certain temperature and pressure conditions.
FEP dispersion is produced by polymerizing TFE and HFP in an aqueous medium with initiators, emulsifiers and other additives under certain temperature and pressure conditions.
It is a fine powder suspension with good fluidity upon melting, and can be used to produce continuous, pinhole-free films.
The process ways mainly are coating and impregnation.
Easy to process
Broad chemical resistance
High shear stability
Low sedimentation tendency
Weldable surfaces.
Stable viscosity over a wide temperature range
In addition, the dispersion can be mixed with fillers or pigments for use in coating formulations. FEP dispersion coating can improve the substrate adhesion, enhance coating corrosion resistance and gloss.
The processing temperature should not exceed 400°C, to prevent toxic gas from releasing;
Stirring the stored product two or three times each month, to avoid any possible precipitation.
Nontoxic, non-flammable, inexplosive, no corrosion, the product is transported according to non-dangerous product.

Coating, impregnation. UF-036 is suitable for processing many products, including heat resistant PTFE impregnated fiber coating, PWB,electrical insulation materials,injection film,chemical isolation materials, as well as PTFE and FEP mutual connection melt adhesive.The liquid also used for prepare the base coating for metal substrates, composite with glass cloth for anti-adhesion coating fabrication, composite with polyimide for high insulation film fabrication etc. Grade B is mainly used for the coating of single-side flm.
