FEP impregnation coating is a process that utilizes FEP dispersion liquid to treat the object’s surface, forming a dense, continuous, and inert fluoropolymer film. This film imparts exceptional non-stick, corrosion-resistant, insulation and low-friction properties to the object.
FEP dispersion, with high weather resistance and stain resistance, can be impregnated with fiberglass or plastic fabrics. Used for the large-area flexible roofing structures such as stadiums or tent buildings.
Used to impregnate fiberglass fabrics in the manufacture of printed circuit boards.
It can also be used to produce flexible films with high dielectric strength, low loss factor, and non-flammability (e.g., through casting film technology). Used for coil and phase insulation for engines, transformers, relays and switches.
With excellent chemical resistance and water repellency, FEP impregnation coating dispersion is widely used for various fabrics (woven and nonwoven fabrics) and fibers for filtration.
Widely used in conveyor belts to improve the non-stick property.

Coating, impregnation. UF-036 is suitable for processing many products, including heat resistant PTFE impregnated fiber coating, PWB,electrical insulation materials,injection film,chemical isolation materials, as well as PTFE and FEP mutual connection melt adhesive.The liquid also used for prepare the base coating for metal substrates, composite with glass cloth for anti-adhesion coating fabrication, composite with polyimide for high insulation film fabrication etc. Grade B is mainly used for the coating of single-side flm.
