PTFE resin has very high melt viscosity, it can not be melting processed, the common processing methods include molding, ram extrusion, paste extrusion.
Uflon’s PTFE resin is divided into five categories, including PTFE molding powder, PTFE fine powder,PTFE micro powder,PTFE modified powder and PTFE dispersion.
PTFE powder can be made into pipes, rods, strips, sheets, films and etc, they are used in high-performance corrosion-resistant containers, pumps, valves as well as high-frequency communication equipment. PTFE dispersion is used for impregnating or anti-corrosion coatings for metal, glass, and ceramic surfaces.
