PTFE resin can be made into films through calendering, extrusion, biaxial stretching and other methods, which is widely used in electronics, chemical, and pharmaceutical fields.
PTFE resin is melted and extruded into sheet shape, then calendered into films through rolling and stretching. PTFE films prepared by this method have high mechanical strength and heat resistance. Calendering method is suitable for thicker films.
PTFE resin is dispersed in organic solvent to form PTFE suspension, then dip the substrate into it, making PTFE particles adhere to the substrate surface to form a thin film. Finally, remove the organic solvent through drying and sintering. PTFE films prepared by this method have high porosity and adsorption performance. Impregnation method is suitable for microporous films.
Used to prepare insulating layers, dielectric membranes, and separators for electronic components, exhibiting excellent electrical insulation and high-temperature resistance.
For preparing gaskets, packing materials and filter materials for chemical equipment, demonstrating excellent corrosion resistance and anti-adhesion properties.
Used to prepare air filters, water treatment membranes, and wastewater treatment equipment, exhibiting good filtration performance and corrosion resistance.
