In the sealing process of the high-pressure fuel injector, the sealing ring made by our graphite filled PTFE can withstand a injecting pressure of 140 MPa and has a friction coefficient stable below 0.1. This ensures no leakage after 200,000 start-stop cycles, significantly extending the service life of the customer's product and reducing the maintenance cost.

【Electric vehicle battery】
In the electric vehicle battery system, our PTFE resin offers customers multi-dimensional solutions: as an electrode binder for batteries, it enhances the stability and conductivity of the electrodes; as a battery cell gasket and coating for battery active material equipment, with excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability, it protects the battery from corrosion by corrosive electrolytes, prevents leakage risks, and is suitable for a wide temperature range of -80°C to 260°C.

Through a three-layer composite design, the inner layer of PTFE resin achieves low hydrogen gas permeation (permeation rate < 5 cm³/m²·day), effectively preventing the safety hazards caused by hydrogen gas leakage. The middle layer of stainless steel braided mesh enhances the pressure-bearing capacity, and the outer layer of FEP material protects against ultraviolet rays.
