Recently, the domestic substitution of fluoropolymers for semiconductors and the expansion of liquid cooling computing infrastructure have continuously unlocked growth potential for China’s high-end fluorochemical sectors.

 

How is the progress of China high purity PFA, and what is their application performance across various downstream sectors ?

 

Our high-purity PFA production line has been completed and put into operation with an annual capacity of 8,000 tons. After testing and verification by semiconductor clients, the metal ion indicators comply with SEMI F57 standards and meet semiconductor-grade specifications. The precipitation of key metal ions is stably controlled at the PPT (parts per trillion) level, while total metal ion leaching is kept at the PPB (parts per billion) level. Our PFA material is suitable for semiconductor wet processes, electronic chemical storage and transportation, and critical components of high-end equipment. It serves as a viable alternative to imported counterparts and fills the domestic industrialization gap for high-end fluoropolymers in China.

 

At present, we are focusing on verifying the stability of high-purity PFA during industrial mass production. Customer validation cycles are varying, as PFA is deployed in different scenarios. In addition to semiconductor wafer manufacturing, high-purity PFA has wide-ranging applications such as electronic chemical storage containers and transmission piping. 

 

Driven by the continuous growth of the downstream semiconductor sector, market demand for PFA maintains an upward trend.
