Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) suspension micro-powder is a white, low-molecular-weight, free-flowing powder with an average particle size ranging from 0.1 μm to 5 μm. It is obtained by suspending polymerization of PTFE resin into tiny particle powder. The stable molecular structure of (-CF2-CF2-)n endows it with excellent properties.

It has excellent electrical insulation performance and can be applied in fields such as electronics and electrical engineering where high insulation performance is required.

Application fields of PTFE micro powder
1.In the field of coatings, the addition of PTFE micro powder to coatings can enhance their weather resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and non-stickiness, among other properties. It is used in the production of non-stick cookware coatings, exterior wall coatings for buildings, and industrial anti-corrosion coatings, etc.

2.In the field of plastics, PTFE micro powder with an extremely low coefficient of friction, serves as an additive for plastics, enhancing their wear resistance, lubricity, and anti-sticking properties. It is applied in engineering plastics, nylon, POM, and other materials, thereby extending their service life.

3.In the field of rubber gaskets, PTFE micro powder has a relatively high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
