FEP is a high-performance fluoroplastic commonly used in the production of wires and cables. There are three common types of fluoroplastic cables: single-core cables, coaxial cables, and multi-core cables.

FEP resin can continuously operate at temperatures up to 200°C, short-term operate temperature reach 260°C. It has an oxygen index greater than 95, almost non-flammable, with low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss tangent.
