2. Lined pump valve

Compared with PTFE, PFA resin delivers superior creep resistance under long-term loading and maintains dimensional stability at high temperatures, preventing seal failure caused by deformation. Its low coefficient of friction (dynamic value at approximately 0.2) also enables it outstanding performance in high-speed rotating components.

3. Lining for towers and tanks

PFA continuously operation temperature reach -200℃~260℃, withstand 300℃  in a short term, which makes it can keep work under extreme temperatures. PFA high light transmittance (over 90%) also facilitates visual monitoring of the reaction process.

4. PFA hose

PFA hoses combine flexibility and corrosion resistance, with an elongation up to 300%, far exceeding that of PTFE (approximately 100%). Its extremely high oxygen index (around 95%) also greatly enhances safety protection performance in chemical environments.

1. Chemical erosion (wet process)

In wet processes such as wafer cleaning and etching, PFA resin serves as an irreplaceable material due to its ultra-high purity property.

● Low precipitation properties: Semiconductor-grade PFA requires extremely low metal ion leaching (typically less than 1 µg/m²), with total organic carbon (TOC) leachables also strictly controlled to meet the demands of advanced processes (e.g., nodes of ≤3 nm).

● Surface smoothness: Its surface roughness (Ra) can be lower than 0.25 µm, far superior than the general engineering plastics and significantly reducing the risk of particle contamination.

● Corrosion resistance: PFA is almost unaffected by all chemicals used in wet processes, including hydrofluoric acid, sulphuric acid and hydrogen peroxide.

The low surface energy of PFA enables it have excellent nonstick performance, with a contact angle up to 118°, resistant to wetting by liquids.

Such as hoppers, rollers and container linings, it effectively prevents adhesion of highviscosity food materials and greatly improves cleaning efficiency.

● Industrial moulds

Served as an antiadhesive coating for forming moulds of polyurethane, rubber and other products, extending mould service life.
